Start by walking sideways, right foot over left, and then right foot behind the left2. Gradually turn this into a skip, and then be as light on your feet as you possibly can Repeat 15-20 times each set, 2 sets each way This drill helps you develop lateral speed, hip flexibility, balance and foot work.
