Turn theory into practice and make real, tangible movements in your health and performance.

On Point Sports Care combines multiple modalities including any combination of Sports Acupuncture, Sports Massage, Trigger Point, Tui Na, Cupping, and more in order to create the best treatment plan for each client.

You will experience the benefits of enhanced athletic performance, fewer injuries, restored flexibility and range of motion, and faster recovery from injury. The sessions are also equally effective and therapeutic for chronic pain, rehabilitation from surgery, recovery from injury, and stress relief.

Sports Acupuncture and Tui Na Massage

Sports Acupuncture uses a time-tested, safe, natural and drug-free health care system to provide immediate relief and long lasting benefits for many conditions and sports-related injuries. It can help athletes maintain health and return to peak performance following any injury. Each Acupuncture session combines Tui Na, a therapeutic form of Chinese massage that uses various compression techniques that addresses the muscles and tendons to remove restrictions, relieve pain, and facilitates the healing process.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage Therapy is used to enhance pre-event preparation and reduce recovery time for maximum performance during training or after an event.

Athletes have found that it promotes flexibility, reduces fatigue, improves endurance, helps prevent injuries and prepares their body and mind for optimal performance.

Gua Sha & Cupping

Gua Sha and Cupping are highly effective methods used in Chinese Medicine that promote healing. Blood flow is decreased anytime we have a spasm or injury. Both lactic and uric acid can get trapped underneath the skin or within a bound up muscle due to the lack of drainage caused by the decreased blood flow. Athletes have found these techniques increase flexibility, reduce pain, and improve function immediately after a treatment. These tools can be combined in treatment plans for Sports Massage or Sports Acupuncture.
